Terms and Conditions

• By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Promotion starts from 1 July 2024 and ends on 31 October 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
• Promotion is only eligible on select units of MAN TGS/X 6×4 and TGS 8×4 (“Eligible MAN Truck”). View the list below.
• Promotion only applies to new purchases of any Eligible MAN Truck approved by Penske New Zealand’s Sales Managers during the Promotion Period. The decision of Penske New Zealand’s Sales Managers shall be final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into. All existing sold trucks are not eligible for this promotion.
• Payment in full of any purchase of an Eligible MAN Truck must be received by Penske New Zealand by 30 December 2024.
• The promotion offers:
  a) Entire vehicle warranty of 450,000km or three (3) years from the date of registration of warranty for an Eligible MAN Truck (whichever is earlier);
  b) Free scheduled servicing for a period of 450,000km or three (3) years from the date of registration of warranty for an Eligible MAN Truck (whichever is earlier), at Penske New Zealand branches only; and
  c) $3,000 Penske parts/service credit at Penske New Zealand branches only, with an expiry of three (3) years from the date of registration of warranty for an Eligible MAN Truck. This credit is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• Prior to you purchasing an Eligible MAN Truck, Penske New Zealand reserves the right to withdraw this promotion or change the terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
• Penske New Zealand and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but limited to direct or consequential loss arising from its negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion.
